As one of Hong Kong’s leading pet retailers since 1996, Q-Pets had built a strong reputation for quality products and services. But with new competitors emerging, its visual identity and brand story needed a refresh to stay relevant and engaging.
The Approach
Hong Kongers don’t just own pets, they treat them like family. This insight shaped the rebrand, repositioning Q-Pets as more than just a retailer but a place that truly understands the love, care, and joy pets bring into people’s lives. The new identity embraced warmth and familiarity, reinforcing Q-Pets as the go-to neighborhood pet store that’s always close by.

The revitalised brand reconnected with pet owners, making Q-Pets feel modern, welcoming, and deeply rooted in the community. The rebranding helped reinforce its position as a trusted destination for everything pets need—backed by a legacy of care and expertise.
